Dear Collegues,

The European Foregut Society (EFS) represents a platform for exchange of ideas, scientific collaboration and implementation of multidisciplinary studies among clinicians and across medical and surgical specialties focusing on benign, pre-malignant, and malignant upper gastrointestinal disease.

We are organizing the 3^rd Annual EFS Meeting in Milano, Italy on November 1^st – 3^rd, 2023. We plan to have about 50 invited lecturers from all over the World and 250 participants from most European countries. This will be of special interest to all surgeons and gastroenterologists dealing with diseases of the foregut.

On a personal note, I am sure this EFS Meeting will offer a great chance to keep updated on both scientific and technological innovation that will change the future scenario in the management of esophageal disease.

We are looking forward to welcome you in Milano at the beginning of November.
